Job title: Senior Brand Manager
Role Summary:
Lead and execute integrated, multichannel branding and marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue for a behavioral healthcare organization. Collaborate cross‑functionally with leadership, business development, and external partners to deliver data‑driven campaigns across digital, email, social, and referral channels.
Expectations:
- Deliver quarterly marketing programs that exceed budgeted KPI targets (e.g., CPA, engagement, lead volume).
- Develop actionable insights from competitive, market, and consumer analytics to refine brand positioning and creative messaging.
- Act as primary liaison between marketing and divisional leadership, ensuring alignment of brand strategy with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, launch, and optimize integrated multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, partnerships).
- Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spend and ROI.
- Develop and maintain marketing automation workflows that nurture leads across the patient journey.
- Monitor, report, and continuously improve email and digital campaign performance.
- Oversee website, landing page, and collateral production, ensuring timely updates and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to optimize SEO, content, and social media strategies.
- Build and nurture national strategic partnerships (EAP, VA, first responder organizations).
- Work with business development to create referral initiatives that drive revenue growth.
- Analyze cross‑channel performance, present quarterly marketing business reviews, and recommend strategic adjustments.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical ability; proficient in data interpretation and actionable insight generation.
- Expertise in digital marketing platforms: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Business Profile.
- Proficiency with WordPress, email marketing tools, and marketing automation systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of tailoring messages for diverse stakeholders.
- Relationship‑building skills; adept at collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Project management skills; experience coordinating cross‑functional marketing initiatives.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in brand management, digital marketing, strategic partnerships, or marketing communications.
- Prior experience in consumer/DTC healthcare marketing (behavioral health, regulated industry) preferred.
- Must have a proven track record of managing multi‑channel campaigns and delivering measurable results.
