Job Description
**Job title:** ServiceNow Developer (Mid‑Senior) **Role Summary** Lead design, configuration, and support of ServiceNow solutions for federal clients, driving workflow automation, process improvement, and application lifecycle in an agile environment. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality, user‑friendly ServiceNow products within sprint timelines. - Collaborate directly with customers and subject‑matter experts to refine business processes. - Maintain ServiceNow platform integrity through ongoing support, monitoring, and continuous enhancement. **Key Responsibilities** - Configure and customize core ServiceNow applications (Incident, Problem, Change, HR Service Delivery, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, Service Portal). - Build and maintain workflows, integrations, and Automated Test Framework (ATF) tests. - Deploy out‑of‑the‑box functionality and custom modules as required. - Participate as a scrum team member: estimate story points, manage backlog, and attend agile ceremonies. - Prioritize multiple concurrent tasks, ensuring quality and adherence to client priorities. - Provide application support, troubleshooting, and documentation. - Champion process improvement, change management, and innovative ideas in a dynamic client environment. **Required Skills** - 4+ years of progressive experience in ServiceNow configuration, administration, and application development. - Deep knowledge of ITIL and Service Management processes; experience with HR Service Delivery. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and change‑management abilities. - Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. - Team‑oriented, collaborative approach with stakeholders at all levels. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Business). - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). - US citizenship with eligibility for Public Trust clearance. **Desired Certifications (optional)** - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM and/or Certified Application Developer.
