Job title: Senior Product Manager – CORTRAK Specialty Nutrition Systems, North America
Role Summary:
Lead the specialty nutrition portfolio (CORTRAK & CORGRIP) to achieve annual financial targets, grow market share, and drive profitability through strategic business and marketing planning, new‑product launches, pricing, and digital demand‑generation initiatives.
Expectations:
• Deliver the annual P&L and exceed budgeted net sales and operating profit.
• Maintain full ownership of pricing, forecast accuracy, and demand planning.
• Cultivate relationships with key customers, GPOs/IDNs, and industry KOLs to inform portfolio strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Finance, and Marketing to align product strategy and execution.
• Manage cross‑functional teams without direct reporting authority, influencing decisions and ensuring timely delivery.
• Travel up to 25 % and attend hybrid onsite meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute long‑term strategic and tactical business plans for portfolio segments.
2. Own full P&L management and financial forecasting for the portfolio.
3. Create and implement pricing strategies that support growth and profitability.
4. Lead new‑product launches, including branding, positioning, pricing, messaging, marketing campaigns, and training.
5. Design and deliver digital marketing and demand‑generation programs.
6. Build and maintain Sales Advisory Boards, conduct end‑user focus sessions, and capture customer insights.
7. Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Finance to produce accurate demand forecasts and manage fill rates.
8. Evaluate product mix to eliminate redundancies and align with strategic objectives.
9. Provide effective cross‑functional communication and facilitate collaboration among teams.
10. Pursue continuous personal and functional development, responding to feedback.
Required Skills:
• Product management and sales leadership in healthcare or regulated industry.
• Strong P&L ownership, financial acumen, and budgeting.
• Forecasting, demand‑planning, and pricing expertise.
• Strategic planning, market assessment, and competitive analysis.
• Digital marketing, trade show, and campaign execution.
• Influencing and stakeholder management (sales teams, GPOs, KOLs).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive results without direct authority.
Required Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Minimum 7 years of product management and sales experience in healthcare or a similarly regulated sector.
• Willingness to travel 25 % and work hybrid onsite (three days per week).
