**Job Title**: Senior Manager – Marketing & Business Development
**Role Summary**:
Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and business development strategies for a healthcare organization, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and brand presence across domestic and international markets.
**Expectations**:

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design and implement marketing plans, promotional activities, and media strategies to secure a consistent customer pipeline, especially during off‑peak periods.
- Allocate, control, and approve marketing budgets; monitor spend against financial targets.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain the organization’s brand as a global healthcare leader, including medical tourism initiatives.
- Develop business proposals, project budgets, and timelines; secure senior management approval.
- Lead and mentor revenue development and marketing teams, ensuring they meet annual KPIs.
- Coordinate events, seminars, and trade shows to generate leads and strengthen industry relationships.
- Prepare dynamic presentations, RFP responses, and contract negotiations.
- Maintain accurate data on business opportunities, proposal performance, and market intelligence.
- Travel as required to support initiatives and stakeholder engagements.
