Technical Project Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end management of Energy Management System (EMS) projects for utility‑grade solutions. Define scope, develop detailed plans, coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality and business objectives.
**Expectations**
- Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to defined quality standards.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with senior stakeholders, external vendors, and internal teams.
- Apply rigorous risk and change management to keep projects aligned with business goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
- Create comprehensive project plans, schedules, and communication documents.
- Negotiate, prepare, and manage design engineering contracts and procurement of tools, licenses, and third‑party services.
- Estimate and allocate resources, submit budget proposals, and adjust staffing as needed.
- Lead daily project execution activities, including status reporting, requirement documentation, and stakeholder updates.
- Proactively identify scope changes, risks, and crises; develop contingency plans.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with relevant standards for both software and hardware components.

- Project & program management, including risk, scope, schedule, cost, and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience coordinating cross‑functional engineering, software, and hardware delivery teams.
- Familiarity with utility‑scale energy systems, EMS, battery storage, or grid management solutions.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and/or Lean principles in a fast‑moving environment.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
- Agile certification (CSM/PSPO) preferred.
