Job Description
**Job Title:** Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer **Role Summary:** Provide high‑level administrative support to the CEO of a technology and compliance firm, managing all facets of the executive’s schedule, travel, communications, and expense reporting to ensure seamless executive operations. **Expectations:** - Deliver professional, detail‑oriented assistance in a fast‑paced and high‑pressure environment. - Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information. - Demonstrate creative problem‑solving and proactive workflow management. - Meet deadlines and prioritize competing demands effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Control and optimize workflow for the CEO, including all calendar activities. - Plan, coordinate, and execute domestic and international travel itineraries. - Prepare and manage expense reports and financial reconciliations using Concur. - Facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and follow‑up actions. - Coordinate internal and external communications with leadership and stakeholders. - Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support the CEO’s priorities. **Required Skills:** - 5–10 years of executive‑level administrative experience, preferably with a C‑suite professional. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Concur. - Strong verbal and written communication abilities. - Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality. - Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
