Job Title: Spécialiste Gestion des Identités et des Accès (IAM / GIA)
Job Description: Job Title: Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist Role Summary: Secure and govern access to client information systems in a high‑stakes environment. Manage permissions, administer user directories, conduct access reviews, and support compliance audits while continuously improving entitlement models and user awareness. Expectations: - Deliver end‑to‑end IAM lifecycle management. - Maintain audit‑ready documentation and traceability of all access decisions. - Collaborate with business and security teams to refine rights models and security controls. - Communicate effectively in English with cross‑functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the creation, modification, and deletion of access rights, ensuring role‑based access control (RBAC) alignment. - Administer internal and external user directories (e.g., Active Directory). - Process and track habilitation requests; maintain access registers. - Perform regular access and account reviews; identify and remediate anomalies. - Participate in compliance audits (ISO 27002, others). - Define and refine entitlement models in partnership with business teams. - Raise security awareness among users and document security procedures. Required Skills: - 5+ years of IAM/GIA or equivalent experience. - Proficiency in RBAC concepts and security standards (ISO 27002 preferred). - Advanced Excel (VBA), Python, and SQL skills. - Understanding of ETL flows. - Experience with Active Directory administration. - Professional level English. Required Education & Certifications: - Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Engineering school. - Relevant certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent IAM credentials.
