**Job Title** Data Strategy Consultant Intern **Role Summary** Provide end‑to‑end data and AI transformation support to client data departments. Analyse client needs, develop and deliver strategic insights, collaborate with consultants on technology selection and process optimisation, and continuously update knowledge of data‑tech trends. **Expectations** - Complete internal training on Elevate’s data‑strategy methodology and service offering. - Work autonomously while collaborating with senior consultants. - Produce clear, client‑focused recommendations and deliverables that influence business decisions. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyse complex client problems, structure data requirements, and assess data‑driven opportunities. - Build and present strategic deliverables: proposal documents, pre‑sales materials, slide decks, and concise recommendation summaries. - Support consulting teams by identifying relevant insights and creating impactful outputs. - Contribute to operational projects such as process optimisation, data architecture planning, and technology selection. - Maintain continuous learning and proactive monitoring of emerging data‑and‑AI developments. **Required Skills** *Soft skills:* analytical mindset, result‑oriented, logical, methodical, self‑motivated, adaptable, excellent communication, stakeholder‑management ability. *Hard skills:* fundamentals of data science, data analytics, and data engineering; ability to translate technical insights into business terms; familiarity with SQL, Python, and data‑visualisation tools (preferred). **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree (or equivalent BAC+5) in Business, Management, Data Science, or related discipline; a specialization or focus on data is an advantage. - Prior internship or experience in data‑centric consulting is desirable but not mandatory.

Job title: Talent Acquisition Associate – Intern/Apprentice Role Summary: Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process for data and AI roles, including candidate sourcing, screening, coordination, placement, and onboarding. Contribute to employer branding initiatives, talent‑pipeline development, and partnership with academic forums.
