Job Description: Job Title: AI Architect / Technical Lead Role Summary: Design and implement an Azure-based generative AI chatbot that retrieves information from SharePoint PDFs to answer technical queries for field workers. Lead architecture, governance, and secure deployment, ensuring scalability and compliance with Azure and organizational standards. Expectations: - 6‑month B2B contract, start Dec 1. - Work 3 days onsite (in Brussels) and 2 days remote. - Deliver a pilot chatbot and a production‑ready AI solution. Key Responsibilities: - Define end‑to‑end GenAI architecture (LLMs, RAG, agents). - Establish functional and technical specifications, ensuring consistency, scalability, and security. - Collaborate with IT architects, AI engineers, and project managers to meet governance and cloud constraints. - Integrate SharePoint PDFs into the chatbot via RAG, develop REST APIs, and set up CI/CD pipelines. - Implement IAM, RBAC, and security controls in Azure. - Produce technical documentation, conduct design reviews, and guide quality assurance. - Mentor and align the implementation team toward best practices. Required Skills: - Minimum 3 years as a Solution Architect. - 2+ AI projects released in production as Architect or Technical Lead. - Proficiency in GenAI architecture (RAG, LLM, agents). - Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.). - Advanced Azure knowledge (Functions, Logic Apps, Azure OpenAI, APIs, IAM, RBAC). - Python, REST API development, CI/CD, MLOps tools. - Functional requirements analysis. - Fluency in French or Dutch. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Azure certifications such as AZ‑305, AZ‑500 preferred.
