**Job Title**
Development & Corporate Philanthropy Intern
**Role Summary**
Support the national community’s financial development and philanthropy strategy by engaging with corporate partners, prospecting and retaining major donors, managing donor circles, and facilitating the allocation of corporate sponsorship funds to social and environmental projects. Contribute to the team’s CRM, research, and event planning activities while gaining hands‑on experience in fundraising, communication, and corporate social responsibility (CSR).

- Acquire skills in corporate fundraising, donor relations, CSR policy awareness, and project management.
- Deliver clear written and verbal communication to partners and internal stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prospect and maintain relationships with major corporate accounts (meeting preparation, proposal writing, presentation development).
- Manage and animate donor circles: organize meetings, create presentations, write newsletters, coordinate communication, and plan related events.
- Track and redistribute corporate support funds to eligible social/environmental projects, ensuring alignment with call‑for‑project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records in the team’s CRM (Salesforce), knowledge base (Notion), and shared drives.
- Monitor French corporate CSR and philanthropic trends and prepare relevant insights for the team.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with other departments to synthesize program and resource information for donor outreach.
**Required Skills**
- Strong organizational rigor and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Interpersonal aptitude, adaptability, and proactive teamwork.
- Analytical thinking and synthesis of complex information.
- Knowledge of CSR, philanthropy, or related fields is an advantage.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Undergraduate or graduate student (e.g., Business, Marketing, Finance, International Relations, or Sustainable Development).
- Current enrollment and seeking a summer or end‑of‑study internship.
- No mandatory certifications required, but coursework or interests in fundraising, nonprofit management, or CSR are preferred.
