**Job Title:** UX UI Designer – Medical Device (Hybrid)
**Role Summary**
Design end‑to‑end user experiences for internal business applications in a medical device enterprise. Focus on data‑heavy dashboards, metric pages, and complex tool workflows. Deliver MVP‑ready prototypes quickly while maintaining visual polish and usability. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to iterate on designs that meet user needs.
**Expectations**
- Own the design lifecycle from concept to developer handoff.
- Produce clean, actionable interfaces for dashboards, charts, tables, and data visualizations.
- Balance speed and quality, iterating rapidly and documenting designs for development.
- Work effectively in a cross‑functional, fast‑paced team, openly communicating with all stakeholders.
- Adapt to changing priorities and pivot design direction when necessary.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct user research, create personas and use cases for internal audiences.
- Translate business requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design with Figma, leveraging components, auto‑layout, and prototyping tools.
- Develop responsive layouts using Bootstrap grid and components.
- Prepare clean, production‑ready assets and design specifications for developers.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data teams to refine user flows, especially around API data.
- Iterate on designs based on usability testing, stakeholder feedback, and data insights.
- Maintain and evolve a shared design system, ensuring consistency across internal tools.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, stand‑ups, demos) and support continuous improvement of design processes.
**Required Skills**
- *Must‑Haves:*
- Proficient in Figma (components, auto‑layout, prototyping, developer handoff).
- Strong design portfolio showcasing business applications, dashboards, or complex tools.
- Experience designing interactive data visualizations (charts, graphs, tables).
- Understanding of Bootstrap grid and components.
- *Nice‑to‑Haves:*
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript or frameworks such as Vue.js.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and designing flows around dynamic data.
- Experience with Agile or MVP development cycles.
- Usability testing, rapid prototyping, and lean design practices.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Empathy for non‑technical internal users.

**Required Education & Certifications**
