Job Description

Job Title: Systems and Networks Engineer Role Summary: Provide end-to-end technical support for clients across industry, services, health, and public sectors. Design, implement, and maintain systems and network infrastructures, advise on architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with business engineers on complex projects. Expectations: - Dynamic, meticulous, and excellent interpersonal skills. - Strong technical competence in system and network environments. - Bachelor’s degree (Bac +5 or equivalent). - Proficient in technical English. - Preferred prior experience as a system integrator with hands‑on architecture definition, Active Directory and infrastructure migration, backup and disaster‑recovery planning, and complex architecture deployment. Key Responsibilities: - Define system and network architectures for client projects. - Install, configure, and maintain client systems and networking equipment. - Provide technical assistance and administer day‑to‑day operations. - Co‑author the technical sections of proposals and service offers. - Partner with Business Engineers to support technical aspects of complex client initiatives. Required Skills: - Systems architecture design (servers, storage, virtualization). - Network design and management (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN). - Active Directory (domain integration & migration). - Messaging and virtualization platforms. - Backup, PRA/PCA, and disaster‑recovery planning. - Deployment of complex multi‑layer architectures. - Technical English communication. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Bac +5 or equivalent) in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or related field. - Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, or similar) are desirable.
