Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to SC security procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Analyse and translate complex internal governance mandates into product requirements and user stories. - Prioritise SharePoint/Intranet backlog items and support roadmap planning. - Document, map and optimise critical internal business processes for platform development. - Collaborate with PO, Developers, and QA to validate test cases and confirm audit compliance. - Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and continuous improvement discussions.
