Job Description
Job Title: Logistics Planning Analyst Role Summary: Coordinate raw‑material procurement and lubricants production scheduling with third‑party partners. Optimize inventory, align with S&OP targets, and track operational KPIs (OTIF, DIO, SLOB) to achieve high service levels. Expactations: * Deliver production schedules that meet commercial demand while maintaining optimal inventory levels. * Execute continuous improvement actions to address deviations, constraints, and partner performance issues. * Ensure compliance with S&OP processes and KPI metrics. * Maintain accurate planning documentation and data integrity in SAP. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, control, and schedule third‑party production ensuring alignment with commercial demands. - Develop and manage inventory policies for finished goods, balancing availability with service level goals. - Create, monitor, and analyze operational performance indicators (OTIF, DIO, SLOB). - Plan and analyze raw material and packaging requirements; manage consumption, inventory, and shipment schedules. - Optimize material planning with partners to keep inventory within target ranges. - Lead S&OP (Supply Review) meetings, manage KPIs, and implement corrective action plans. - Identify and eliminate production, supplier, and storage constraints through RCCP. - Coordinate with outsourced partners to adjust delivery plans and prevent customer complaints. Required Skills: - Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros). - Advanced PowerPoint for reporting and presentations. - Knowledge of Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and Material Replenishment Planning (MRP). - SAP experience (materials management, production planning). - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Effective communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. - Post‑graduate qualification is desirable. - Certifications in SAP FICO/PP, APICS CPIM or equivalent are a plus.
