Job title: Systems, Networks & Cloud Administrator
Role Summary:
Maintain, operate, and evolve both on‑premise and cloud‑based IT infrastructures. Ensure continuous availability, performance, and security of systems, networks, and services in a hybrid environment.
Expectations:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast‑changing technical landscape.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and meticulous documentation habits.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Systems & Virtualisation** – Administer Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, GPO, and Hyper‑V virtual environments.
2. **Network Management** – Oversee LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and SD‑WAN, ensuring high availability and performance; implement firewall, filtering, and network segmentation.
3. **Cloud Operations** – Manage Microsoft Azure resources (VMs, Storage, Networking, Sentinel, Intune, Azure AD, Exchange Online, Office 365).
4. **Monitoring & Backup** – Deploy and maintain Zabbix, Grafana, Veeam, and Azure Backup; monitor capacity, performance, and availability.
5. **Process Improvement** – Contribute to RUN process standardisation, industrialisation, and automation.
6. **Security & Compliance** – Enforce security policies (PSSI, MFA, hardening, patching); maintain antivirus, EDR/XDR, encryption, and Intune compliance across desktops and servers.
