**Job Title:** Business Analyst **Role Summary:** Lead digital initiatives in Structured & Trade Finance, collaborating with development teams and stakeholders to improve finance processes via data-driven analysis and automation. **Expectations:** - 2+ years in finance data analysis, business analysis, product ownership, or project management. - Knowledge of structured/trade finance, treasury, or commodity finance. - Strong data analysis, Excel proficiency, and experience with Agile methodologies and Jira. - Stakeholder management and process improvement expertise. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Scope and execute digital transformation projects to optimize STF workflows. 2. Translate business requirements into Jira backlogs and user stories for development teams. 3. Analyze financial data to identify automation opportunities and operational bottlenecks. 4. Coordinate cross-departmental teams (Treasury, Risk, Compliance) to integrate systems and reporting. 5. Support testing, implementation, and deployment of finance workflow upgrades. 6. Collaborate with data teams to define financing reporting needs. **Required Skills:** - Data analysis and Excel. - Agile methodology and Jira workflows. - User story creation and stakeholder communication. - Process documentation and automation strategy. **Required Education & Certifications:** Not required. Preferred: PRINCE2, Scrum, or Kanban certifications.
