**Job title:** Senior TM1 Developer (12‐month Contract) **Role Summary:** Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) solutions that support strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. Own the TM1 toolset for Finance & Treasury, ensuring SLAs are met, integrating data from ERP and other sources, and delivering efficient, scalable models that inform commercial decision‑making. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality TM1 applications on tight deadlines and within project scope. - Maintain system integrity, handle upgrades, and troubleshoot operational issues. - Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, and Commercial stakeholders to translate business needs into robust, auditable TM1 models. - Document processes, configure governance, and share knowledge through training and guidance to junior staff. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Develop and refine Turbo Integrator (TI) processes and TM1 Rules for automated data loads and business logic. 2. Design, build, and maintain TM1 cubes, dimensions, hierarchies, and data sets for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis. 3. Optimize model performance via efficient coding, cube structuring, and memory management. 4. Integrate TM1 with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and other data sources, ensuring data consistency and accuracy. 5. Architect scalable TM1 solutions aligned with strategic objectives and evolving business needs. 6. Review and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and meet delivery timelines. 7. Manage TM1-related system issues, provide end‑user support, and maintain engagement with reporting tools. 8. Own TM1 toolsets for Finance & Treasury, oversee system upgrades and configurations. 9. Foster relationships with IBM and internal TM1 developer community for best‑practice sharing. 10. Provide high‑level support to Finance, FP&A, and Commercial teams, facilitating workshops and feedback sessions. 11. Document all TM1 processes and system changes for compliance, audits, and future reference. 12.
