O&M Civil Site Supervisor
**Role Summary**
Lead the offshore maintenance of wind turbine foundations and subsea cable assets, coordinating logistics, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring safety, quality, and documentation standards across multiple wind farms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive, corrective, and adaptive offshore maintenance campaigns.
- Prepare logistics (crew, supplies, vessels) in partnership with Asset Management Engineers.
- Serve as the primary on‑site contact for wind farm owners and subcontractors.
- Supervise subcontractor work, reviewing method statements, risk assessments, and troubleshooting issues.
- Build and maintain constructive relationships with civil subcontractors.
- Document all maintenance activities (measurements, photos, DPRs) in a structured manner.
- Report on safety and quality metrics and provide input for internal reports.
- Advise on technical solutions and procedural improvements in collaboration with QHSSE, Electrical, and Turbine O&M teams.
- Manage flexible work arrangements, including offshore deployment and office duties, with occasional travel to other sites.
**Required Skills**
- Civil, Construction, Mechanical, or Marine Engineering background.
- Experience with offshore wind maintenance or similar maritime infrastructure.
- Knowledge of offshore logistics, vessel operations, and equipment handling.
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing method statements, risk assessments, and safety plans.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and process improvement abilities.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in English; Dutch or German a plus.
- Safety‑compliant mindset with HSE training.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Marine Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant safety and offshore certifications (e.g., Transport Canada/UKG, ROPS, Fall Arrest, Offshore HSSE, LOA/Rosewell).
- Ongoing professional development in offshore wind operations is desirable.
