Job Description
Job title: Digital Brand Content Manager Role Summary: Lead the global creation, management, and optimisation of editorial and visual content across all digital touchpoints, ensuring brand consistency, high engagement, and conversion performance. Job Description
Job title: New Product Development Manager Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end development of fragrance and perfumed derivative products for the INITIO PARFUMS PRIVES brand, coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing product portfolios, and optimizing NPD processes to deliver high‑quality, regulatory‑compliant products on schedule and within budget. Expectations: - Deliver innovative product concepts that align with brand strategy and regulatory requirements. - Maintain rigorous project governance, ensuring milestones, budgets, risks, and quality standards are met. - Drive continuous improvement of NPD tools, methodologies, and cross‑departmental collaboration.
