Job title: Product Marketing Manager Role Summary: Lead the downstream marketing strategy for multiple product lines in a competitive medical-device market. Drive product launch, adoption, and revenue growth through data‑driven campaigns, sales enablement, and stakeholder collaboration. Expactations: - Deliver measurable performance improvements for product portfolios. - Align local marketing actions with global strategies and business objectives. - Maintain regulatory compliance and market readiness for all products. - Foster strong relationships with sales, clinical, and supply‑chain teams. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the marketing strategy for diverse SKUs, ensuring alignment with revenue targets. - Coordinate product launches, discontinuations, and lifecycle transitions. - Monitor pricing, profitability, and market performance; recommend ROI optimizations. - Design and execute marketing plans, sales tools, campaigns, and promotional activities. - Collaborate with global marketing, communications, and regional sales to build messaging, training materials, and enablement assets. - Use market, competitor, and industry insights to drive growth initiatives and continuous improvement. - Partner with clinical and commercial teams to translate customer needs into marketing programs. - Manage Key Opinion Leader outreach and educational initiatives to strengthen brand positioning. - Lead marketing contribution to Group Purchasing Organization RFPs and tender bids; ensure compliance and competitiveness. - Work with pricing, contracts, and sales teams on proposals and negotiations. - Track, analyze, and report KPIs, market trends, and insights to leadership. - Coordinate with supply‑chain, regulatory, and upstream teams for product availability and compliance. Required Skills: - Strong commercial acumen in medical devices or related health‑care products. - Expertise in multi‑SKU portfolio management and revenue growth. - Ability to design and execute data‑driven campaigns and sales enablement programs. - Proficiency in CRM, CMS, marketing automation, and enablement tools. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in performance measurement and insight generation. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent. - MBA preferred. - Minimum of 5 years in product marketing, preferably within healthcare or medical devices. - Experience supporting GPO RFPs and tender bids.
