**Job title:** All‑round (Digital) Marketeer
**Role Summary:**
Utilise digital marketing expertise to enhance brand visibility and support commercial objectives across Belgium and the Netherlands. Execute, optimise, and analyse a range of digital campaigns, manage web and content platforms, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to maintain a cohesive online presence for the Benelux region.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven digital marketing experience.
- Ability to independently manage multi‑channel campaigns and generate actionable insights.
- Strong organisational skills and a creative, results‑driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English; French knowledge is an asset.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimise SEA, social media, display, and email marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update the company website, intranet, and customer portals using CMS platforms.
- Analyse campaign performance, produce regular reports, and recommend optimisation actions.
- Create and manage digital content for social media, newsletters, and the website.
- Conduct and track Net Promoter Score (NPS) activities via digital tools.
- Coordinate with external agencies on digital campaigns, SEO, and SEA enhancement.
- Support the development of marketing collateral (presentations, ads, internal communications).
- Ensure brand consistency and strengthen online positioning throughout the Benelux market.
**Required Skills:**
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Admin, AI tools, and CMS.
- Skilled in SEO, SEA, email marketing, and data analysis.
- Competent with Adobe Creative Suite (advantageous) and Canva.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline.
- Relevant digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Analytics) preferred but not mandatory.
