Cybersecurity Awareness and Training Specialist (Remote)
**Role Summary**
Design, develop, and deliver enterprise‑wide cybersecurity awareness programs that reduce human‑related risk. Lead phishing simulation campaigns, create engaging training content, analyze effectiveness metrics, and support overall security culture initiatives across the organization.
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable improvement in employee security posture through training and simulations.
- Maintain up‑to‑date training materials for all audiences, including executives, technical staff, and general employees.
- Provide Level IV support and strategic recommendations for cybersecurity operations.
- Travel to sites as needed to promote programs and conduct workshops.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, update, and manage interactive e‑learning modules, videos, job aids, guides, and presentations.
- Plan, execute, and analyze monthly phishing simulations; report on participation and success rates.
- Create and distribute monthly security newsletters and communication campaigns.
- Track completion, assess impact via metrics, and report on risk reduction to leadership.
- Collaborate with IT, Facilities, and other security teams to align awareness content with policies and incidents.
- Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance on cybersecurity principles.
- Resolve complex incidents and perform root‑cause analysis to propose long‑term solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and security frameworks.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- 5–8 years progressive experience in security operations, incident response, or GRC.
- Experience with red/blue team exercises, large‑scale incident response, and security frameworks.
- CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ (certifications welcome but not mandatory).
