- Strong consultative selling skills, capable of presenting and closing coaching packages.
- In‑depth understanding of local and national job markets, professional networks, and industry trends.
- Tech‑savvy, adept with Microsoft Office, Zoom, LinkedIn, and AI‑driven tools.
- Highly professional, detail‑oriented, results‑driven, and self‑motivated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and design customized coaching packages.
- Guide clients through tactical job‑search tactics: online platforms, recruiter outreach, networking, targeted company lists.
- Utilize assessment tools, career frameworks, and coaching methodologies to foster clarity, confidence, and progress.
- Present and sell coaching packages, articulating value and expected outcomes.
- Stay current on job‑market dynamics, key employers, recruiters, networking groups, and industry associations.
- Advise clients on resume optimization for ATS, AI tools, cover letters, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Required Skills:
- Career coaching, executive coaching, or outplacement expertise.
- Consultative sales and persuasive communication.
- Deep knowledge of job‑search tools and platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management.

Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (any field).
