Job Title: Senior Software Engineer Role Summary: Design and develop core features of an AI‑powered marketing platform, focusing on enhancing the integrations framework. Lead ownership from architecture through deployment, ensuring seamless, scalable connections between AirOps and third‑party tools. Collaborate closely with product and customer experience teams to prioritize capabilities and deliver high‑quality, performant solutions. Expectations: - Deliver production‑ready full stack code in a fast, collaborative environment. - Mentor peers, review code, and uphold engineering best practices. - Make autonomous decisions, balance quality with rapid iteration, and drive impactful improvements to performance and architecture. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain end‑to‑end features across the stack (Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript). - Own and evolve the integrations framework, enabling reliable, high‑throughput connections to external SaaS tools. - Write clean, modular, well‑tested code; use RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL, Redis, and related modern web tooling. - Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers. - Keep abreast of AI, data, and web technology trends; integrate relevant innovations into the platform. - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, observability, and cloud deployment strategies. Required Skills: - 5+ years of full‑stack production software experience. - Proficient in Ruby on Rails and React (with TypeScript). - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, system design, and performance optimization. - Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Tailwind, Webpack, and modern dev tools. - Product‑oriented mindset with ability to trade‑off quality for speed. - Familiarity with generative AI/ML concepts is a plus. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. - (Optional) Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Heroku, Vercel, ECS) or related technologies.
