**Job Title**
Product Delivery Specialist
**Role Summary**
Own and execute end‑to‑end implementation projects for FinTech card issuance and payments solutions. Coordinate requirements gathering, configuration, system integration, and go‑live activities across internal engineering, product, compliance, and external partners to deliver on‑time, high‑quality customer solutions while driving rapid Time to Revenue and customer satisfaction.
**Expectations**
- 3–5 years of experience in FinTech, payments, or related technology implementation roles.
- Proven track record of managing multi‑layered, cross‑functional projects with measurable outcomes.
- Strong bias for action, problem resolution, and continuous process improvement.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast‑growth environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead full‑cycle customer implementations: elicit requirements, drive configuration, orchestrate technical integrations, and manage go‑live timelines.
- Act as product subject‑matter expert: provide knowledge, demonstrations, and guidance on platform capabilities.
- Remove blockers and mitigate risks proactively across multiple concurrent project streams.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, compliance, and partner teams to align on deliverables and optimize workflows.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, serving as trusted advisor and advocate.
- Deliver clear, concise communication and presentations to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Document and refine implementation playbooks, best‑practice guides, and post‑implementation learnings.
**Required Skills**
- Program/project management (incl. scope, schedule, risk, stakeholder management).
- Technical implementation and solutions architecture experience (API, system integrations, card issuance processes).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
- Presentation and facilitation skills for diverse audiences.
- Customer‑focused mindset, dedicated to exceptional service delivery.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile/Scrum certification, or other relevant credentials preferred.
