Job title: Director of Marketing & Product Strategy
Role Summary:
Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and product strategies to grow brand awareness, customer engagement, and market share in the HVAC distribution sector. Drive multi‑channel campaigns, manage budgets, analyze market trends, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align local initiatives with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, launch, and oversee comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital, print, trade shows, retail, and email.
* Conduct market and customer insight analyses to identify growth opportunities and refine messaging.
* Manage the dealer program lifecycle, increasing participation and meeting sales targets.
* Plan and execute dealer meetings, expos, and other events.
* Collaborate with sales to create marketing collateral, product promotions, and lead‑generation tools.
* Expand digital presence and social media platforms in partnership with e‑commerce and specialist teams.
* Monitor campaign performance, provide data‑driven recommendations, and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Maintain relationships with industry partners, media outlets, and vendors to enhance brand visibility.
* Stay current with HVAC industry trends and competitive activity, adapting strategies to maintain relevance.
* Establish KPIs, performance metrics, and deadlines for the marketing and product strategy team.
* Oversee department budgeting and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of funds.
* Partner with brand and agency teams to develop aligned campaigns and collateral.
* Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development for team members.
* Support additional company objectives as directed.
Required Skills:
* B2B marketing strategy and execution in HVAC, industrial, or distribution markets.
* Leadership of cross‑functional marketing teams and multi‑project management.
* Strong digital marketing expertise (SEO, SEM, email, social media, analytics platforms).
* Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
* Graphic design and video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite).
* Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication.
* Advanced analytical and data‑driven decision making.

Required Education & Certifications:
