Expectations: 0‑2 years of legal experience, Bachelor of Law (2:1) or equivalent, strong analytical and communication skills, curiosity about AI and prompt engineering, ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate client‑facing pilots, onboarding, and training sessions to maximise platform adoption. - Design, implement, and evaluate use cases (e.g., contract review, legal research, drafting) that demonstrate the value of AI in real legal workflows. - Capture and analyse user insights, converting findings into concise, actionable product improvement recommendations. - Author and maintain best‑practice documentation and internal playbooks for scalable AI deployment in legal teams. - Collaborate with Legal Engineers, Customer Success, and Product teams to iterate on feature development and workflow automation.
