Job Description

Job Title: IT/Information Systems Manager Role Summary: Oversees the performance, security, and availability of IT infrastructure across multiple sites. Manages servers, networks, data confidentiality (GDPR/health data privacy), technical support, and strategic IT projects. Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and drives technology initiatives to align with organizational goals. Expectations: Minimum 5 years' experience in IT/telecom roles, preferably in healthcare environments. Requires strong technical proficiency in Windows/Linux systems, networking, and virtualization. Demonstrated ability to lead IT teams and manage cross-functional projects. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, switches, virtualization platforms) across all sites. - Configure, monitor, and update servers, antivirus systems, backups, and patch management. - Oversee network connectivity (inter-site links, VPN, firewalls), traffic monitoring, and data security protocols. - Ensure compliance with GDPR and health data confidentiality standards. - Provide technical support to users (doctors, staff) and conduct IT training sessions. - Lead incident management, disaster recovery planning, and crisis simulations. - Supervise IT staff, manage external vendors, and control IT budgets. - Define and execute IT projects, collaborate with software providers, and develop business continuity plans. Required Skills: - Expertise in Windows/Linux server administration. - Proficiency in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls). - Hands-on experience with VMware, ProxMox, and IT supervision tools. - Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and GDPR compliance. - Strong technical documentation and user training capabilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor's to Master's degree in Computer Science or engineering (Bac+3 to Bac+5 equivalent). - Advanced certifications in network administration, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure management preferred.
