Job Title: Operations Manager in the Cleaning Sector (M/F) Role Summary: Oversee daily operations and special projects for two cleaning enterprises with a combined turnover of €3.5M, ensuring process efficiency, compliance with safety standards, and alignment with strategic growth goals. Expectations: Demonstrate leadership in operational restructuring, team management, and performance optimization. Balance economic performance with social initiatives, particularly supporting workforce inclusion and training. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement standardized operational processes. - Coordinate resource allocation and project execution. - Supervise and support sector managers and team leaders. - Ensure timely and quality completion of cleaning contracts and projects. - Drive training programs and health/safety protocols in collaboration with education leaders. - Monitor client and employee satisfaction, proposing improvements. - Analyze operational performance metrics and recommend enhancements. - Contribute to commercial strategy development. Required Skills: - Leadership in operations management within service sectors (preferably cleaning). - Process optimization and organizational expertise. - Team coordination and stakeholder relationship management. - Data analysis and problem-solving capabilities. - Commitment to integrating economic and social performance. Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in operations, business, or related field. Minimum 3 years of operations leadership experience in services preferred.
