Patients and students get improved care, and professionals get more flexibility and higher pay. Professionals can compare work details and pay rates (or negotiate for more) in an open, transparent marketplace. Today, healthcare facilities and schools are understaffed, which can result in poor patient care, student outcomes, and employee burnout. Meanwhile, local professionals have time and want to pick up extra shifts. These two parties don’t know each other and aren’t sure if they can work together (licenses, qualifications, or even trust might get in the way). Clipboard exists to solve this problem.

You will design, build, test, deploy, and demo code that serves real users at scale while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Expectations - Ship functional code on schedule in a trunk‑based workflow with automated tests. - Own a scoped project from requirement gathering to demonstration. - Participate in peers’ code reviews and integrate feedback. - Communicate effectively in a globally distributed environment. Key Responsibilities - Write and deploy code in Node/NestJS, React, TypeScript stack. - Interact with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis to deliver scalable features. - Own a project end‑to‑end: problem analysis, design, implementation, testing, and demo. - Deploy using trunk‑based development with short‑lived feature branches. - Review and provide feedback on teammates’ code. - Contribute reusable components and shared libraries. - Collaborate with product managers and customers to understand requirements.
