**Job title**
Infrastructure & Security Project Manager (F/M)
**Role Summary**
Lead and coordinate cross‑functional technical projects within the IT department, acting as a liaison between technical teams (systems, networks, security, virtualization), business units, and external service providers. Ensure secure implementation of external access to the Information Systems and maintain adherence to IT security standards.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 5 years experience in an IT Department with a background in systems/network/infra engineering transitioning to technical project leadership.
- Proven track record of managing multi‑project environments, IT governance, and service‑managed infrastructures.
- Strong knowledge of complex technical architectures, cloud (Azure, VMware, AD), and external access procedures (VPN, partner access).
- Diplomatic, autonomous, and able to communicate technical concepts to varied audiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate actions and reporting between technical and business teams; manage follow‑ups and communications.
- Serve as operational link with managed‑services providers, ensuring information flow.
- Pilot transverse technical projects (network, infra, security, virtualization).
- Organize and lead technical steering committees and steering groups.
- Monitor quality, deadlines, and IT security compliance.
- Own the external access management process, enforce security standards and architecture rules.
- Draft technical specifications from business requirements and recommend solutions aligned with IT strategy.
**Required Skills**
- Deep understanding of systems, networking, security, virtualization, and complex IT architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure), hyper‑visors (VMware), and Active Directory.
- Proficiency in ITSM and project management tools (JIRA, ServiceNow).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑team coordination.
- Autonomy, rigor, service orientation, and teamwork.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Certifications preferred: ITIL, PMP, Azure Administrator, or DevOps certifications.
