**Job Title:** Commercial Real Estate Advisor (Agent) **Role Summary:** Provide end‑to‑end residential property sales and leasing services. Independently prospect, value, market, negotiate, and close transactions while maintaining strong client relationships and managing a portfolio of sellers and buyers. **Expectations:** - Deliver results within a self‑managed schedule. - Demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and a client‑focused approach. - Maintain professionalism and integrity throughout the transaction process. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect and identify suitable residential properties. - Conduct accurate property valuations using proprietary tools. - Acquire exclusive sales mandates from property owners. - Photograph properties professionally to support marketing. - Draft and post compelling listings and showroom displays. - Conduct property viewings for potential buyers and tenants. - Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to reach mutually acceptable terms. - Track and coordinate all transaction milestones (mortgage, notary, documents). - Follow up on and update clients throughout the selling or leasing process. - Build and sustain a robust database of seller and buyer clients. **Required Skills:** - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Sales and negotiation proficiency. - Ability to independently manage workload and schedule. - Tech‑savvy: comfortable using CRM and listing platforms. - Customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent. - Valid real‑estate sales license (where required by local jurisdiction). - Ongoing professional development in real‑estate sales and property valuation preferred.
