**Job title**: Senior Full‑Stack Software Engineer & AI
**Role Summary**: Build scalable web applications with full‑stack expertise while integrating AI capabilities. Partner with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and deploy solutions that meet business objectives.
**Expectations**:

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance web applications using React, TypeScript, and back‑end languages (Python, Node, etc.).
2. Create RESTful APIs, microservices, and data pipelines; ensure scalability and reliability.
3. Integrate AI services (LLMs, embeddings, agent frameworks) into product features and recommend automation opportunities.
4. Mentor junior engineers, lead code reviews, and shape architectural decisions.
5. Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to transform requirements into technical specifications.
6. Refine development workflows, adopt best practices, and automate repetitive tasks with AI tooling.
7. Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and continually optimize system efficiency.
8. Keep abreast of emerging AI and full‑stack technologies, proposing improvements to processes and products.
**Required Skills**:
- Proficient in React & TypeScript or equivalent full‑stack stack.
- Strong knowledge of front‑end architecture, state management, and responsive design.
- Back‑end expertise in API design, authentication, ORM/database modeling, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Clean, testable code writing (unit, integration) and thorough documentation.
- Excellent English communication and collaboration.
**Nice‑to‑have AI skills**:
- Practical experience with AI/ML tooling for drafting, analysis, research, or workflow automation.
- Hands‑on LLM implementation and understanding of agent architectures (e.g., agent iceberg).
**Required Education & Certifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Relevant certifications in cloud platforms, full‑stack development, or AI are a plus.
