**Job Title:** Senior Full‑Stack Developer
**Role Summary:**
Lead end‑to‑end development on medium to large web projects, mentoring cross‑functional teams and driving architectural decisions. Manage client interactions, translate product requirements into technical roadmaps, and estimate timelines. Build and maintain Python/NodeJS/TypeScript back‑ends and React front‑ends, while integrating ML/LLM components and ensuring deployment readiness.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver high‑quality, scalable code in a fully remote environment.
- Provide actionable time estimates and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Mentor junior developers, facilitate knowledge sharing, and influence product direction.
- Demonstrate continuous learning, especially in emerging AI/ML and DevOps areas.
- Participate proactively in collaborative chats and scheduled check‑ins.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Architect, develop, and deploy full‑stack solutions using Python, NodeJS, or TypeScript on the backend and React on the frontend.
2. Lead client discussions to gather requirements, perform product scoping, and prioritize backlog items.
3. Estimate effort, allocate resources, and manage delivery timelines within agreed windows.
4. Mentor and coach team members, review code, and enforce coding standards.
5. Design and implement UI/UX solutions, leveraging user research findings.
6. Integrate machine‑learning models (LLMs) and deploy them via MLOps pipelines.
7. Maintain CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and monitor application performance.
8. Keep abreast of industry best practices in software architecture, security, and performance optimization.
**Required Skills:**
- **Back‑end:** Python, NodeJS, TypeScript; REST/APIs, database design, and cloud services.
- **Front‑end:** React, Redux/Zustand, modern CSS frameworks, responsive design.
- **DevOps:** CI/CD, containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes), cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- **Client & Product Management:** Requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, feature prioritisation, and estimation.
- **Soft Skills:** Strong verbal & written communication, problem‑solving, self‑direction, and collaborative leadership.
- **Additional (nice to have):** ML/LLM deployment, MLOps, mobile or native development, data engineering, Rust, or cryptographic systems.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) or CI/CD tools are a plus.
