**Job Title:** Internship – Editorial Entertainment Content Creation **Role Summary:** A four‑month paid internship designed to immerse a junior content creator in the editorial side of entertainment media. Interns gain hands‑on experience shooting, editing, and distributing still photography and video from live events, while learning the full workflow of editorial photography production. **Expectations:** - Passion for storytelling, pop culture, and media production. - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and workflow standards. - Ability to work collaboratively with photographers, videographers, editors, and event staff. - Willingness to manage camera gear, meet deadlines, and maintain a high-quality portfolio. **Key Responsibilities:** - Capture photography and video at red‑carpet, live‑show, and partner‑activation events. - Assign events, coordinate with clients, and support event logistics. - Edit video footage and field shots using Adobe Premiere/After Effects and related software. - Participate in major event production, asset management, and distribution workflows. - Observe and practice licensing, editorial vs. paid content distinctions, and asset release procedures. **Required Skills:** - Basic proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and video cameras. - Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other content‑management tools. - Strong visual eye and storytelling sense evident in a portfolio. - Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities. - Ability to lift and move equipment up to 20 lbs. **Required Education & Certifications:** - No formal education requirement. - Must submit an online portfolio (personal website or image‑based social media). - Include links to Instagram or similar platforms demonstrating recent work. ---
