**Job Title:** Head of Content & Storytelling
**Role Summary:**
Lead the creation, strategy, and execution of cross‑platform storytelling content that builds brand, community, and marketing funnel. Own the content calendar, collaborate with creators, and oversee production and delivery of high‑impact visual and written assets for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
**Expectations:**
- Grow social engagement and reach, targeting measurable KPI improvements (e.g., follower growth, engagement rate, content shareability).
- Deliver consistent, purposeful content that aligns with brand voice and mission, without relying solely on product promotion.
- Produce and manage on‑time releases of photo series, podcast “7 frame” content, IG/TikTok feeds, and community‑driven campaigns.
- Lead analytics and iterate strategy based on insights to achieve continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and execute a cross‑channel content playbook (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, Email).
- Own content calendar: plan, schedule, publish, and iterate weekly/monthly themes and series.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, partnerships) and external creators (writers, designers, videographers) to translate concepts into assets.
- Manage end‑to‑end production: script, shoot, edit, and finalize assets while maintaining brand standards.
- Engage the community: respond to user submissions, host interactive campaigns, and amplify user‑generated storytelling.
- Track performance metrics, generate insight reports, and recommend optimizations.
- Mentor and coordinate with an editor and junior content contributors.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience leading content strategy at a startup, agency, or media brand.
- Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn content best practices.
- Strong visual storytelling ability with proficiency in editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Strategic thinker who can execute day‑to‑day content creation.
- Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills.
- Comfortable using analytics dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Passion for community building and authentic storytelling.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Certification in digital marketing, content strategy, or social media marketing is a plus.
