**Job Title** Commercial Reception Host (Hôte·sse Accueil Commercial·e F/H) **Role Summary** Serve as the primary customer-facing representative for the fitness and wellness center, delivering high‑quality service, driving sales, and coordinating schedules via in‑person and telephone interactions. **Expectations** - Demonstrate a dynamic, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor. - Maintain strong client relationships and uphold a high standard of service. - Operate courteously and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Greet, inform, advise, and orient customers upon arrival. - Promote and upsell services, contributing to business development. - Schedule and coordinate courses, sessions, and spa treatments. - Manage inbound telephone calls and respond to inquiries. - Handle reservation bookings and maintain accurate records. **Required Skills** - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (French & English). - Basic sales knowledge and ability to close service sales. - Proficiency with standard office software (email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools). - Ability to multitask, remain organized, and manage time effectively. - Polished appearance and a friendly, approachable attitude. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum of a high‑school diploma or equivalent. - Prior experience in a customer‑service or front‑desk role strongly preferred. - Hospitality or customer‑service certification is an advantage.
