Job Description
Job title: Communications Officer – Fixed‑Term (F/M) Role Summary: Lead and execute internal and external communication initiatives for an international organisation, enhancing employee engagement and brand visibility. Act as an operational liaison, driving innovative communication projects and maintaining daily communication tools. Expactations: - Deliver comprehensive communication plans that align with corporate objectives. - Maintain and optimise internal communication platforms (Viva Engage, newsletters, intranet). - Manage social media presence, prioritising LinkedIn. - Coordinate communication activities across international subsidiaries and external partners. - Execute events, including internal conventions, promoting brand culture. - Support localisation and website projects for foreign units. Key Responsibilities: 1. Draft and propose new internal/external communication campaigns. 2. Coordinate a network of communication correspondents across subsidiaries. 3. Administer daily internal communication tools (Viva Engage, newsletters, intranet). 4. Organise and execute internal conventions. 5. Contribute to the group’s internal communications (Vinci network). 6. Assist foreign subsidiaries with new website launches. 7. Animate social media channels, primarily LinkedIn. 8. Liaise with HR, technical, commercial units, and external agencies (graphic, event, communication, translation). Required Skills: - Minimum 3 years’ experience in communication/marketing with digital marketing and community management. - Strong written and editorial skills. - Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media strategy. - Competent in PAO/graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite). - Excellent organisational, multitasking and creative problem‑solving abilities. - Team‑oriented, capable of managing multiple simultaneous projects. - Fluent in English (written & spoken). Knowledge of Spanish is a plus. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
