Job Description

Job title: Senior Developer Role Summary: Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable, high‑performance software solutions while mentoring junior staff and shaping architectural strategy. Expectations: Proven senior or lead experience in Agile teams, strong problem‑solving, effective communication with non‑technical stakeholders, and a commitment to best practices and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deliver software features with clean, maintainable code. • Own critical technical components, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability. • Collaborate with product, UX, and development teams on feature definition and delivery. • Mentor and conduct code reviews for junior and mid‑level developers. • Contribute to technical strategy, architecture reviews, sprint planning, and risk assessment. • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies. Required Skills: • Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and JavaScript. • Advanced experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworks. • Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating with Salesforce. • Competence in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, Docker, and Kubernetes. • Strong relational and NoSQL database knowledge. • Testing expertise (Jest, PyTest, JUnit). • Demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts to non‑technical audiences. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical experience. • Relevant cloud or DevOps certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Azure DevOps, GCP Professional Cloud Developer) are preferred.
