Job Description

**Job Title:** Machine Learning Engineer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for character animation and crowd simulation, integrating solutions into Unreal Engine and collaborating with research, engineering, and game development teams. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality ML models that meet performance and visual standards. - Manage end‑to‑end workflow from data preprocessing to production deployment. - Stay current with ML research and apply advancements to improve systems. - Communicate clearly across multidisciplinary teams and meet project timelines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement ML algorithms for motion generation. - Train, test, and validate models using large datasets. - Optimize models for real‑time inference within Unreal Engine. - Deploy models on cloud platforms and maintain CI/CD pipelines. - Collaborate with researchers and engineers to define requirements and troubleshoot. - Conduct code reviews and uphold coding standards. - Evaluate existing ML pipelines and propose enhancements. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Python; strong software engineering fundamentals. - Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX). - Solid understanding of ML algorithms, data structures, and model optimization. - Ability to work with large-scale data and conduct performance analysis. - Excellent problem‑solving, initiative, and timeline management. - Strong verbal and written communication; teamwork orientation. - Attention to visual quality and detail. - (Preferred) Experience with C++, IREE, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
