**Job Title**
Security Account Manager
**Role Summary**
Responsible for overseeing security operations and personnel at a client site, ensuring compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and client expectations. Leads a team of 8‑10 guards, coordinates scheduling, training, audits, and incident reporting, while maintaining a safe and secure environment for occupants and property.
**Expectations**
- Manage day‑to‑day security activities and personnel for a single client account.
- Directly supervise security staff, ensuring professional conduct and adherence to company standards.
- Conduct regular site audits, incident investigations, and reporting to senior management.
- Foster positive client relationships and communicate operational updates.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and evaluate 8‑10 security guards; provide on‑site training and coaching.
- Produce and maintain weekly staffing schedules, timekeeping records, and attendance reports.
- Conduct monthly compliance audits to verify adherence to company policies and client protocols.
- Investigate incidents, interview witnesses, draft incident reports, and log surveillance activities.
- Monitor access control, surveillance systems, and security equipment; respond to alarms and emergencies.
- Manage traffic control and escort duties; direct drivers and ensure safe movement on premises.
- De‑escalate volatile situations and protect vulnerable individuals from physical and non‑physical threats.
- Communicate routinely with client representatives, Director of Operations, HR, and Chief of Staff regarding staffing, training, uniforms, and performance issues.
- Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor, promoting a safe and inclusive atmosphere.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License (required).
- 1+ year security experience.
- 2+ years personnel management experience.
- 3+ years military experience or 2+ years law enforcement experience (strongly preferred).
- 1+ year experience in medical and/or adult residential facility settings preferred.
- Successful completion of background check, drug screening, 2‑step TB test, and fitness‑for‑duty examination.
