Job Description
Job Title: Human Resources Internship – Recruiting & Project Management Role Summary: Provide hands‑on support for HR functions, including onboarding, recruiting, data entry, audits, and project management, while collaborating with senior HR personnel on process improvement initiatives. Expectations: - Internship duration of 6–11 months, beginning March 2026. - Recent graduate (within 12 months) or current bachelor’s/master’s candidate with at least 3 semesters of study in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Safety Engineering, or a comparable field. - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality. - Multicultural competence and strong written and verbal communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with onboarding administration and related paperwork. - Support recruitment and hiring of interns and assist with intern recruiting processes. - Collect, compile, and analyze internal and external data for reports and statistical research. - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. - Process HR documentation according to established procedures. - Respond to client requests, providing quality solutions or escalating to senior staff. - Proofread documents and ensure accuracy. - Coordinate and schedule project meetings; support project concept development and implementation. - Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. - Perform additional administrative duties as assigned. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe. - Strong written and oral communication. - Analytical, organizational, and time‑management capabilities. - Proactive, self‑directed work ethic with confidentiality awareness. - Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Current bachelor’s or master’s degree (or recent graduate) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Safety Engineering, or related discipline. - Minimum of 3 semesters completed. - No specific certifications required unless noted.
