Job Description

**Job title** Operational Security Engineer (M/F) **Role Summary** Provide Level 2/3 support and manage migration of IT security infrastructure. Monitor system health and license status, automate technical tasks, maintain documentation, and support related projects. **Expectations** Demonstrate strong service orientation, be approachable to technical and non‑technical stakeholders, and work autonomously within operational environments. **Key Responsibilities** - Deliver N2/N3 support for SI security protection systems. - Lead migration and upgrade projects of security infrastructure. - Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and license compliance. - Automate and industrialise routine security operations. - Maintain and evolve related documentation. - Collaborate with project teams to integrate security solutions. **Required Skills** - In‑depth experience with Checkpoint, Fortinet, and Stormshield firewalls. - Knowledge of Bastion (Wallix), Skyhigh/Trellix, and Cisco CES/ESA mail relays. - Strong automation skills (e.g., scripting, CI/CD pipelines). - Ability to manage licenses and track infrastructure inventory. - Excellent communication, service focus, and operational autonomy. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. - Certifications in Checkpoint, Fortinet, or Stormshield are highly desirable. ---
