Job Description

**Job Title:** Back End Developer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and Django, integrating with front‑end components and relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server). Collaborate with UX/UI and front‑end teams to deliver secure, high‑quality services in an agile, cloud‑ready environment. **Expectations:** Mid‑level developer with 2–5 years of professional experience in Python/Django, responsible for end‑to‑end backend delivery and architectural decisions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and maintain Django‑based backend services and APIs. - Design RESTful APIs, implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices. - Model and optimize SQL databases (MySQL, SQL Server). - Develop and support CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. - Collaborate with UX/UI and front‑end developers to integrate APIs and data services. - Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and sprint planning. - Contribute to technical strategy, system architecture, and digital roadmap. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Python and Django framework. - Strong SQL knowledge and experience with MySQL/SQL Server. - Familiarity with RESTful API design, security, and performance tuning. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and GitHub workflows. - Comfortable with cloud or hybrid deployment environments. - Solid problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - No mandatory certifications; Django, Python, or cloud vendor certifications are a plus.
