Our unique web application combines technology and industry experience to generate high demand for pictures thereby leading to higher sales. Job Title: Sales and Marketing Director Role Summary: Lead the development and execution of integrated sales and marketing strategies for a fast‑growing SaaS company in the education and sports photography sector. Drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth across current and emerging markets. Oversee a dual‑functional team of sales and marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with product development and business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans that align with corporate objectives. - Lead, mentor, and motivate a two‑person sales and marketing team to exceed targets. - Identify target segments, craft penetration and expansion strategies, and drive market entry initiatives. - Oversee end‑to‑end lead generation, including digital campaigns, content marketing, events, and outreach programs. - Build and nurture relationships with strategic clients and partners to secure long‑term revenue streams. - Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity; adjust strategies accordingly. - Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership. - Collaborate with product development to align marketing initiatives with feature launches and updates. Required Skills: - Proven leadership experience in Sales and Marketing at a SaaS or technology firm. - Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, digital marketing channels, and lead management. - Strong analytical capabilities and detail orientation. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills. - Proficiency with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools. - Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Required Education & Certifications: - Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. - Fluency in French and English.
