Job Description
**Job Title:** Digital Project Manager – E‑Commerce **Role Summary:** Lead the digital transformation and e‑commerce activities of a family‑owned wine and spirits company. Partner with marketing, sales, and IT teams to define strategy, manage projects, optimize digital channels, and drive online sales growth in a B2B environment. **Expectations:** - Deliver digital projects on time, within scope and budget. - Develop and execute e‑commerce and web‑marketing strategies. - Ensure high‑quality user experiences and reliable site performance. - Provide data‑driven insights and actionable recommendations. - Collaborate cross‑functionally and maintain stakeholder alignment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Draft functional specifications and contribute to strategic planning for digital initiatives. - Manage UI/UX design, testing, and impact analysis on existing workflows. - Implement analytics, sales administration, and performance‑tracking tools. - Define and oversee e‑commerce strategy for corporate and client platforms. - Coordinate website development, bug resolution, and maintenance with external agency and internal IT. - Administer site content based on marketing inputs; ensure alignment with product portfolio. - Optimize digital ecosystem performance and coordinate with logistics, finance, procurement, and customer service to guarantee client satisfaction. - Analyze KPIs, generate reports, and drive test‑and‑learn cycles for promotions and offers. - Lead creation and rollout of digital campaigns supporting new commercial operations. - Shape web‑marketing strategy in partnership with the Marketing & Digital Manager. **Required Skills:** - Project management (Agile/Scrum preferred) and performance‑analysis tools. - Strong understanding of e‑commerce platforms and UI/UX principles. - Data analytics and KPI reporting proficiency. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration. - High autonomy, organizational aptitude, and analytical mindset. - Curiosity and proactive problem‑solving. - Knowledge of the hospitality (CHR) sector is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master's degree (Bac + 5) in Business, Marketing, Digital Management or related field. - Minimum 2–3 years experience managing e‑commerce projects, preferably B2B. - Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or digital marketing are advantageous.
