Job title: HR Reporting and Analytics Intern Role Summary: 12‑week internship focused on hands‑on HR data analysis, development of interactive dashboards, and delivery of insights to leadership to support data‑driven HR strategy. Expectations: Provide measurable analyses of workforce data, translate findings into clear recommendations, own a project culminating in a presentation to senior leaders, and actively contribute to process improvements within the HR analytics function. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, analyze, and solve recurring problem areas using HR data. - Conduct directed analyses and prepare actionable insights and recommendations. - Synthesize analytical findings, draw conclusions, and communicate recommendations orally and in written reports. - Execute tasks related to functional projects and process improvement initiatives. - Communicate issues, roadblocks, and status updates to supervisors and management. Required Skills: - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). - Ability to translate data into clear written and verbal insights. - Effective communication and collaboration skills. - Basic understanding of data architecture and database concepts.
