**Job title:** Talent Development Intern **Role Summary:** Provide project management and communications support for a team focused on workforce and talent development initiatives. Work with internal CRM, produce external communications, assist event planning, and represent the organization at meetings and webinars. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality written content and presentations. - Manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast‑moving environment. - Maintain a professional presence when representing the organization externally. **Key Responsibilities:** - Draft and edit monthly Talent & Education communications for external partners. - Manage and update the team’s CRM system (Monday.com). - Attend meetings, webinars, and events; capture and report key takeaways. - Plan and execute Talent Team events, ensuring seamless coordination. - Provide program and administrative support for initiatives such as ATL Talent Collaborative, ATL Interns After 5, Connect to Work GA, and the Georgia Intern App. - Conduct online research and gather data to support project activities. - Collaborate with team members across departments to meet project deadlines. **Required Skills:** - Strong written and verbal communication; demonstrated editing proficiency. - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Comfortable learning and using online tools (CRMs, shared drives, project‑management software). - Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities. - Interpersonal skills for professional collaboration and customer‑focused interactions. - Proactive, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Recent graduate or current student with a focus on workforce development, project management, business administration, or communications. - No specific certifications required.
