**Job Title** Solution Sales Executive **Role Summary** Drive enterprise sales of healthcare software and AI‑driven solutions within the Southeast U.S., primarily targeting Health Systems, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), and Academic Medical Centers. Leverage senior executive relationships to navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and close high‑value deals. **Expectations** - Deliver aggressive revenue targets and pipeline growth. - Build and maintain long‑term trust with C‑suite and senior operational leaders. - Translate technology capabilities into measurable clinical, operational, and financial outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** - Own the end‑to‑end sales strategy for provider organizations across Florida and the broader Southeast region. - Generate new opportunities through existing executive relationships (C‑suite, VPs, SVPs, clinical and operational leaders). - Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement to contract close. - Serve as trusted advisor, aligning software and AI solutions with health system priorities. - Collaborate with solution engineering, clinical, and product teams to prepare outcome‑focused proposals. - Navigate procurement, legal, and compliance processes confidently. - Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking in CRM (Netsuite). - Represent the organization at regional conferences, executive forums, and industry events. - Travel regionally 30‑40 %. **Required Skills** *Hard Skills* - Enterprise sales of healthcare software, health IT, or AI‑enabled solutions. - Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Netsuite) and forecasting tools. - Knowledge of healthcare provider workflows, buying processes, and procurement regulations. - Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex, multi‑stakeholder negotiations. *Soft Skills* - Executive presence and exceptional communication. - Consultative selling and strategic advisory capabilities. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Ability to build credibility, rapport, and open doors with senior leaders. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare software, health IT, or AI‑enabled healthcare solutions. - Established network of senior healthcare executive relationships.
