Job Description: Job Title: Account Executive (vCIO) Role Summary: Own and grow strategic client relationships by acting as a trusted technology advisor, aligning IT roadmaps with business objectives and driving revenue through managed services. Expectations: Build trust with business owners and executives, deliver value‑based solutions, meet sales targets, and collaborate cross‑functionally with technical teams. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain weekly one‑on‑one relationships with owners and VIPs. - Design, present, and manage annual IT roadmaps that mitigate technology risks. - Conduct regular business‑focused account meetings and customer business reviews. - Forecast and achieve defined project‑hour sales targets. - Identify and propose new technologies that support client goals. - Collaborate with Technical Account Managers on customer issues and opportunities. - Continuously update technical knowledge through training and self‑study. Required Skills: - 5+ years of sales or client relationship management experience. - Proven success in account management and client retention. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to manage diverse personalities. - Results‑oriented with strong prioritization and accountability. - Basic technical knowledge of Microsoft networking and cloud offerings. - Ability to translate business challenges into technology solutions. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (preferred). - Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or Azure Fundamentals are a plus.
